How to make your neighbourhood more caring and social? At this hackathon, participants will work together on new ideas for a connected neighbourhood. Help create a more pleasant living environment!
Some of our partners – including Rochdale, the City of Amsterdam, Hogeschool van Amsterdam, University of Amsterdam and ROC van Amsterdam – have organised a hackathon to improve the living environment of vulnerable elderly people. Students and residents will work together on smart ideas for a caring neighbourhood. In one day, you will come up with solutions that ensure more contact, support and connection in the neighbourhood.
For students, this is a chance to apply lessons learned in school to real-life situations. For residents, it is a way to contribute to a better neighbourhood.
