Rahma El Mouden is founder and director of MAS Dienstverleners Groep. She is also involved as a director with the Z3 Academy, a foundation for young people with very little future and job prospects. Through the RLD platform, she helps young professionals achieve their dream job or take their business to the next level.
As a member of the Board, Rahma contributes to issues close to her heart, such as equity, diversity and inclusion, shortage of affordable housing and meaningful work for everyone.
