Christine Groothuis

Christine Groothuis is programme manager Energy and Circular with our Amsterdam InChange programme. She substitutes for Noor Veenhoven until mid-January 2025. In this position, Christine brings people and knowledge together to work on sustainable solutions to complex issues. Christine is seconded from the Municipality of Haarlemmermeer. Here she is responsible for strategies in the field of Innovation and IT. How essential such elements are for transitions, Christine has experienced in that role. As a liaison, she has been involved in all transitions within the Amsterdam InChange network for years.
