Focus: Central, supportive role in the team
As the executive secretary, Agnes Vellema provides secretarial and administrative support to the management and other members of the management team. In addition, Agnes organises all appointments with members of the Board and Network Council, including the entire meeting structure. As office manager, she provides all facilities for the Amsterdam Economic Board team.
In her role as prevention officer, Agnes is committed to reducing occupational risks and helping prevent absenteeism. She also provides broad HR support, such as securing documents in personnel files, the absenteeism process and the recruitment and selection of new employees.
