Within ABN AMRO’s Future Generations Board, he introduced generational testing to provide insights into the long-term impact of strategic decision making, realising a positive impact for future generations.
Born and raised in Amsterdam, Dean is committed as a member of Young on Board to ensure the perspective of current and future generations in the work of the Amsterdam Economic Board.
