Venture Challenge Fall 2017: call open!

The specialised coaching of ‘Life Sciences at Work’ (LS@W) from Health Holland focuses on developing your initial idea into a solid business case during an entrepreneurial approach with boot camps, 1-on-1 coaching and mentoring. Startup teams learn to identify key risks, analyse customer value propositions, develop a validation strategy, learn to build a venture plan and, ultimately, learn how to get connected.

Participating means accelerating!

The Venture Challenge is a bi-annual coaching programme. This Fall LS@W will organise the 18th edition. The programme consists of a series of boot camps and coaching sessions during which you will be introduced to representatives of all relevant early stage life Sciences investors. After the 10-week programme the teams are able to pitch for the Venture Challenge Jury. The best pitch and venture plan will take home the €25,000 prize money and will be publically announced at a large life sciences business conference offering great exposure.

How to enter?

When you have a team of at least three people, you can download Venture Challenge Proposal Form to apply for the programme. After a pre-screen of the applicants, candidates are invited for a 1-hour intake interview. Subsequently a maximum of 6 teams are selected to participate the Venture Challenge. The teams are expected to attend both boot camps (2 times 3 days incl. overnight stays) and the final pitch event. LS@W asks a fee of €2000,- per team of 3 participants to cover materials, hotel accommodation and meals.
