PlaytoWork joins TechShare 2017-2018
PlaytoWork is one of the participants of the TechShare class of 2017-2018. TechShare helps companies to reach the next stage of development. EnterNext has designed TechShare and welcomed 77 companies since the launch of the programme in 2015.
Education programme for high-growing and innovative SMEs
TechShare is an educational and mentoring programme which aims to familiarise the CEOs of Tech companies with the financial markets. During the programme participants learn more about finding potential investors, efficient management and strategic innovation. The programme brings together executives from high-growth and innovative SMEs, with experts, academics and renowned entrepreneurs.
PlaytoWork is a recruitment platform using serious gaming to introduce talent of secondary vocational education to future employers. While playing a game students of secondary vocational education create a profile with their hard and soft skills. Employers expose their vacancies on the platform and have access to a growing database of talented secondary vocational education students, which they can select on both their hard and soft skills.
PlaytoWork is an initiative of the city of Amsterdam and the Amsterdam Economic Board. With help of the consortium Banenruil, Eaglescience and IJsfontein it grew out to a social enterprise.
