Focus: Defining and realising systemic breakthroughs
After completing his master’s thesis, Onno Koers joined the Amsterdam Economic Board in 2013. He dedicated himself to creating a stronger Research & Development climate in the Amsterdam Metropolitan Area.
Three years later, Onno switched to consultancy and worked at commercial and government organisations on major transformations. These often encouraged thinking about cross-organisational goals – a helpful skill when working for the region.
In 2022, Onno returned to the Amsterdam Economic Board, where he now works as a Coalition Manager.
