Tsi Kwan Lam is sustainability programme manager at Amsta. He leads initiatives to make elderly care more future-proof and sustainable. In addition to this role, he serves as an elected district committee member in Amsterdam West for GroenLinks, where he focuses on social inclusion, public health, youth and energy transition.
Driven by the belief that social and environmental issues are deeply interconnected, Tsi Kwan brings people together to create lasting impact. With experience in sustainability, inclusion and community development, he thrives at the intersection of policy and practice.
Outside of work, Tsi Kwan is an avid kickboxer and yoga enthusiast, finding energy and balance in sports. He is also passionate about philosophy and social theory, which inspire him to build more resilient communities.
