Marloes Robben has a background in strategy consulting and currently works at the DRK Foundation, a venture philanthropy organisation that funds and supports early-stage social enterprises. Here she focuses on finding and upscaling social innovations that make a difference for vulnerable groups.
What drives Marloes is the belief that a future-proof, inclusive economy is only possible if we actively make space for diverse perspectives. Including the often ignored groups, such as youth, minorities and vulnerable communities. Within Young on Board, she aims to build bridges between these groups, social innovations and regional decision-making. She believes that real progress starts with bringing people and ideas together. With empathy, curiosity for each other and an open mind.
