Who will be there?

Health and well-being professionals, innovators, researchers, entrepreneurs and policy makers, who want to contribute together towards a future-proof, inclusive health care system – addressing the unique needs of women.

Doors open at 14:45.

We’ll start the afternoon at 15:00, with Jo Sarah as the keynote speaker and moderator of the panel discussion.

Jo is founder of Umaversity, a community for the mental, physical and sexual well-being of women+. She builds powerful networks where women+ develop their power and, as an author and strategist, helps people and teams turn their vision into concrete results.

Following the keynote, experts in women’s health will engage in a panel conversation, around the question, What will women’s health look like in 2040?

• Leonie van de Kamer – co-founder of Choice.nu gives her take on a future with this pain- and hormone-free contraception for women.
• Judith Huirne – professor of gynecology Amsterdam UMC, is committed to improving women-specific disorders. She shares her knowledge on women’s health in general and explains what Amsterdam UMC offers to its female employees from the perspective of being a good employer.
• Leila Badaou – shares her experience as founder of Het Moedernetwerk (the Mothers’ Network) about the quest of mothers from non-Western backgrounds in finding appropriate care for their children with disabilities. By coming together and supporting each other, mothers become stronger together.

We will end the meeting with an interactive session, where you as a participant can make your contribution towards women-friendly health in 2040.

Afterwards, there will an opportunity for networking.
