Investors and startups in the Life Sciences & Health sector will meet at Startup Village in Amsterdam.

The Amsterdam region has a tremendous amount of know-how and entrepreneurial spirit within the Life Sciences & Health sector, creating innovation and impact for society. ROM InWest, the Amsterdam Economic Board and Startup Village Amsterdam joined forces to support this ecosystem.

At November 30th, we’re organising a pioneering regional Capital Match event. Here, we’ll connect investors to startups & scaleups, We’ll showcase some successful fundraising deals and have a workshop for researchers with startup ambitions.

Programme

The event will kick off at 01:00 pm with a plenary session. Here, startups will share their experiences in fundraising and the business development process, and investors will reflect on what it takes to be funded. After that, two parallel sessions will start:

  • one-on one matching between startups and investors (prescheduled);
  • a workshop session for starting tech entrepreneurs on what it takes to build an idea into a successful startup;
