Want to start focusing on skills when hiring and working with personnel? Then take part in this introductory training.
On March 23, from 1:30-4:30 pm, House of Skills experts are hosting a free training for professionals who counsel employed personnel or job hunters. You can register individually. Offering tips and real life examples, demonstrating a skills-based way of working!
In this hands-on training, we’ll focus on skills, matching resumes and job postings. We’ll also identify opportunities and possible stumbling blocks in the skills approach, and reflect on our own biases.
The introductory training is held in Dutch. Participation is free. Registration is required.

We link these profiles to the talents of both employed workers and job hunters.
